You gave me the motivation to start going to the Gym, now it's been almost a year of gym for me and a lot more, in that time i've lost 70kg and got my life back togheter.

I was doing 4-5 sets per exercise on my AM P/P/L split twice a week doing 3 exercises per body part, literally doing 30-40 sets a day, I recently reviewed your workout split and saw your set range, so I decided to drop to 2-3 sets per exercise and am getting great results, and I'm also doing a PM cardio CrossFit workout, dropping my sets and focusing on more TUT I'm getting great gains, you're a great inspiration to me brother, thankyou Chris
