I try so hard to get sleep. Sleep 2 hrs, up for 4 hrs. Go back to bed and try again. I'm seeing my Dr to get help. Is that you, too?
@vhondasorganizedchaos Kinda, yes. I fall asleep pretty fast, but I can't stay asleep. I usually end up awake and on my phone (like now). It's either leg pain or having to potty. Something always wakes me up. Sorry you can't get good sleep. I decided to upload a video that we made earlier. Just a food and drink review. I take it you either watch TV or UA-cam when you can't get back to sleep?
