I just opened photo throw wattsapp status ,did editing like writing date at the bottom ... before writing date i made that area white by 👉 --- this , Over that wrote date with black colour...took screenshot .....done🤙

According to notification, "The photograph should be without cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible." even though i mentioned it here i urge you to refer the official notification.

Bro u uploaded the photo which size is 323×420 pixel but je needs 4.5 cm×3.5 cm which is 132×170 pixel
Width and height of the photo is not as per the requirement...?

It is easy to do it on android phone, scan the photo using some camera scanner app and then edit it and type the date on it. It should be acceptable.
