In today's episode of Shoe Care Academy cleaning tutorials, Jonny shows how to clean these Nike Vapormax plus that he wore in a mud run! Jonny started off by cleaning the upper's using the soft brush to get the dried mud off. It took a few passes, however, the mesh cleaned up pretty nicely. Moving onto the midsole, he used the medium brush to get a deep scrub, he then finished off the outsole using the stiff brush. Since the shoe has mesh materials, it needed to go into the washer. Using the normal cycle, cold water settings, Jonny let the shoes wash for about an hour. Lastly, Jonny laced the shoes up and gave his insight about the shoe! This I agree with. The ankle support is minimal. Love them, very comfortable, but if not tied tightly, I feel my ankle wanting to roll over.

Put them in the washing machine on the lowest cycle cold water (my machine has no center agitator just a straight tub) let them air dry. It works. I have this color way and they are really nice

Once that air unit yellows, it cannot be unyellowed.
can i just put the shoe without the bag in the washer machine? should the washer machine be empty? and do you know why does the back inward bubble pops out
Do not put your shoes in by themselves. The Laundry Bag is made to help protect the shoes and their shape while in the washing machine. Don't wash anything else with the shoes, unless it's another shoe that is similar in both and material.
I got those they haven't been out to long

Yeah but you are cleaning black shoes... so stains don't show up. Additionally, they look like they were new, so you are basically cleaning mud off of clean shoes. I have a pair of silver vapormax shoes that are a few years old. The clear plastic on the bottom starts to yellow, and stains and such are very hard to get out of the shoe. My point being that even though they are physically in perfect shape, I cannot seem to get them to look brand-new. I tried many of the things you did, much harder with older lighter colors.
Do you need that bag to wash them ?
We do recommend it. The bag will keep your shoes safe and secure while in the washing machine.
