I don’t know where to voice my complaints about Seagate’d customer support so I’ll air my frustrations here. Getting in touch with Seagate support is impossible. I have a portable 1:00 external hard drive I purchased on Amazon that went completely dead after one month. I lost a lot of data. Trying to see if they can retrieve the data but unable. Won’t be buying any more Gard drives from Seagate.
