I'm surprised Harry and Arthur did not try Scotland , maybe via Wales by train, then a cheap flight to France from Scotland. Surly that 3 knocked out with ease. Oh well , I've not traveled abroad since 2000/2001, first due to lack of funds and now my poor health. So maybe my suggestion is harder/more expensive that I think it is.
