This album "Fever" was released right after the happening. I thought he was not going to rap anymore but he did overcome somehow and released this album in a new label YG. So this album is talking everything about his saddness.

There's a sign on the traffic road and it show how many people are injured or dead in a day. So basically Tablo is using a metaphor to the 'One' as himself.
If you like Tablo, how about listen 'lesson' (Sometimes it called 'lesson one'.) I know its lyric was tablo's paper for university class. As you know tablo graduted university in us, so its lyric is eng. So you can understand it easily. Its lyric is poetic and philosophical.
a bit of tablo 101. two of the biggest pains tablo has went through were:

Few years ago, he was undergoing difficult time because of his anti-fans. He graduated from Stanford university, and his anti-fans argued that he counterfeited his school. And that was one of the most important issue in Korea. In a lot of intervies, Tablo said that episode made him very tired mentally, and also used as a mateiral of his songs.
