Fantastic review and very detailed. I love the fact you tell us the seat height and all the other measurements and put that information in context with to rider size. Thanks!
Most welcome
Hi there, I bought this exact version yesterday and I have to admit the bike looks and rides great. It's very nimble, cornering is easy and the manipulation in the garage is simply hassle-free.
After all the 'BIG BIKES' I have had this is the sweet spot in terms of design and performance. I can only recommend it - regardless of your age and experience you will enjoy the ride.
I get my 310T in March in Switzerland, thanks for the great presentation of the 2021 model
Thank you, have fun!
Been thinking about buying a bike and i must say that im getting in love with this one, thanks for the video.
An excellent review which covered all my questions. Better without cinematic tricks i.m.o.
I believe Zontes now do a 350cc version of this bike. Have you ridden it? If so, is it much different from the 310? Do you get much more oomph as against the - I presume - extra weight? Ta.
l'ho ordinata , e provata ! fantastica
All that nonsense aside, very simple to ride. Excellent commentary, you sir are a poet and you didn't know it. Your observations regarding women drivers in General i do agree. I've been saying this for years.
Nice and useful, I was enjoying your video, thank you
The front looks like a mixture of the original Ducati Multistrada and BMW GS1200. Not too keen on the electric fuel hatch and seat. Just more things to go wrong 5/6 years down the line.
I’d really love one of these as a runabout. Just can’t get past the big shield front mudguard.
Really liked this review. Can you raise the camera to give a better view? Also maybe a 'Top Gear' challenge ride? Say Lowestoft to Lands End . Or Zontes v BMW R1250 on normal roads at normal speeds?
I will add some helmet cam footage too next time.
I like this format but it definitely needs a the camera in a higher position, as it is the main view is the tank and bars.
Keep up the good work 👏
Yes, adding Helmet cam views next time.
Great review. I love this bike, wish i lived near yourselves, aftersales ECT, some dealers of chinese bikes dont have a good reputation.
Great video guys, love the look of this bike. Can you tell me if the mirrors can be turned in easily to get in tight areas, such as garden passageways. 👍
Any chance you could do a full test of the ZT350 T17 Please
Thanks for the review, looks a good bike. I wonder how you would adjust the chain or remove a wheel without a mainstand?
A chain should be adjusted with the rider on the bike anyway as they tighten with the rider weight. Also, that is what paddock stands are for. Not many people leave a bike on the centre stand to remove the wheel.
@@motorsforthemasses A center stand is so useful and I would use it for removing the rear wheel or oiling chain.
Nice bike. Very good video
great detailed review!!! Is there any information for the suspension travel? can't seem to find any!
Mine is with the engine light on.... It's the evap
?
Great bike Great review 👏 👍
Aguardando á Zontes no Brasil🇧🇷🤔👍
11:03 The dash automatically goes darker when you turn the headlamp switch to the ON position :)
Top job
Very good video
Wish we could see all were looking at is the tank.
That is a lovely looking bike and it seems to pull really well, I like the idea of having those end cans behind the passenger peg hanger so no damged cans if slippidge offness occurs, should work out well fitting the panniers too.
I agree with your observations 😂 about women driver's 😂😂 great stuff as usual I've ridden the BMW 310 but the naked version so can't compare anything 👌👍
Have you try the one arm edition? Which one you think is better? Is there any disadvantage with one arm?
Love all your work but would prefer it if you didn't do this format, pygmy sitting on your lap!
BLINKING GREAT LOOKING BIKE. May well be coming into my NEW LOOK GARAGE.
Well, the complaints I've heard of about zontes bikes in greece are that new versions of the same model appear very frequently. And those who have already bought the previous version do not get the same upgrade to their bikes. Thus, they're stuck with an obsolete bike.
Which models are those?
@@motorsforthemasses The complaints I've seen are about t310, since adventure motos are the most popular in greece.
@@motorsforthemasses Let me clarify the complaints didn't have to do with the quality of the bike. On the contrary, the vfm factor is great :D
@@fydordostoevsky8707 The complaints I've seen on UA-cam are not actually really complaints. Just a guy/s who is moaning about mirrors and some insignificant stuff that he doesn't seem to understand. One other guy saying he wonders if his motor sounds ok but goes on to praise the bike and then actually buys another one a year or so later. Can't actually find anyone with a proper complaint. In fact for a new bike that's essentially been out for a couple of years or more it's remarkably free of issues when you consider it's all across Europe and Asia.
The biggest problem with zontes in greece is with the dealership.
Hi! What's its top speed? I heard the euro 4 is around 155 km/h, can the euro 5 reach those numbers?
Poor audio, good overall review 👍
Lots of good info, but please get rid of the chest mounted camera. I turned it off after watching 35 minutes of tank and handlebar clamp. Sorry.
Is this sold in the USA?
Without any further *ADO*
I thought the new model had a single sided swing arm?
That was a model available that Zontes UK chose not to go with...
ok which one for commuting and a bit of touring ZontesT310 or Sinis terrain 380 ?
Well, interesting you should ask that, we have a video coming in March that you may well be very interested in.....details to be announced this week.
Lockdown permitting....
And.....it looks much much better than a BMW 310gs
Why don't you read the instruction manual and stop making a fool of yourself!
@@stevebrookes3255 sorry?
@@johnstonstewart2298 lol and the reason I don’t comment most of the time. Too many nit wits out there, as per Steve..
Sounds as if it would pull an extra tooth on the front sprocket.....
I have a 310 X & the gearing is perfect as it is. It is a high compression 12.5:1 short stroke engine, specifically designed to rev. Peak torque is at 6,500 & peak power at 9,500. Since the torque is only 22 ft/lbs, the engine needs to be allowed to rev out. It pulls exceptionally well in top because of it's short gearing. 10 mph per 1000. I'm averaging between 84 & 87 mpg cruising at 55 - 60 mph
Is a main stand an option?
Only side stand I'm afraid, but that is all it needs really
Camera on helmet would be better.
Decent mirrors? Mainstand? Enclosed chain? Nah, we want useless gimmicks like trip computers and red glow switchgear.
Very nice 125 but this can in no way be described as a scrambler, it's a road bike with semi off road tyres. That said it's a very nice bike.
Did I describe as a scrambler?
Made in china
This video is at least 20 minutes too long.
When wasn't your crotch area not on the seat?
Why go off road with road with road tyres?
Why not just watch it for 20mins then...lol. I personally like the detail. If you are considering buying one as I currently am thinking hard about, the detail is much appreciated. But lets face it. The guys who make the video can't please everyone. And that's ok!
@@ianburg9905 Fair point. I suppose if you are really interested in one, this must be the video to watch. Good luck with your purchase if you go ahead with it.
I'm single 😥😥😥😥😥
