I would say start your 12th. As you are saying you forgot that means you have read 11th physical chemistry.
So what you can do, that try to take out 1 hour daily and make a short term goal of 3-4 days and take one chapter from 11th chemistry first day revise all the concepts if you have read than you can get in one go, after that make short notes of what you have read in one or 2 page. Than practice some easy questions to pratice just formula after than some mixed and conceptual. So in short term goal of 3-4 days u can easily get one chapter back.make sure u make short notes so again you don't face same. Try this and if u are able to make than try for others. U can take out 1 hour from your rest time or something else.
aur mai to kehta hu agar poori organic aur kuch 12th ke main chapters to baaki karne ki itni jaroorat nhi padti....its my opinion soo you can make some adjustments acc to you....well easy and main chapters except organic are solid state, solution, chemical kinetics, d and f block, coordination compounds, metallurgy, surface chemistry.
Physical chemistry kr lo kyuki maths thodi easy or direct formula based questions ate hai. Physical chemistry ke questions bhi jaldi ho jate hai
