Well, this is not a pizza. It's a huge plate of unrelated cold food piled up on what once might have actually been a pizza. A nightmare for pizza lovers.
@@aperturix A pizza lover is a bread lover, for me pizza is about the bread, the toppings are optional. You can eat pizza without cheese or without sauce (pro chefs/entire cultures surrounding these two types) but you can never eat a pizza without the bread/dough.

I met a girl in Chicago from Brooklyn... she recommended this restaurant and said the pizza was better than NY.... This video doesn't justify the beautiful location. The pizza was one the best I've ever had..... If you want a seat by the canal, make a reservation the day before, or you'll be eating at the bar...
Why give NYC the standarized base of best pizza city. Most people think Chicago Pizza is limited to the Malnati or Uno style pie, but there is so much more different styles on the Third Coast people have no idea about.
