I would just make a bootleg (use software to grab the vocals), then send it to Jason Torres and see if he likes your tune. If he does, I'm sure he will send you the stems to do an official remix. As for getting hold of people in Garage, I've always gone to DJ EZ, he knows literally everyone. He's also a nice guy and will help you out, especially if he likes your tune. Another person you could try is Logan Sama, he is grime but he knows everyone in the UKG scene as well.
