You’re onto something with the sugar. It’s important to note all carbohydrates essentially break down into sugar and most vegetables, seeds, and fruits are primarily carbs. Sugar is a form of fuel but the body is already capable of producing enough glucose on its own for all the processes it needs. This is why we can do incredible things like long water fasts. Eating even a little sugar can lead to an immune response like the breakouts you’re having, I’ve never experienced that from fruit myself but I’ve also never been raw vegan
The bananas could be your problem. I have problems with store bought bananas even organic causing a histamine response. I recently went to Hawaii and tried the local small bananas and no histamine issues.

Im no dietoligist but I think its because you ate some meat a few months ago,,it may have gotten lodged in your colon and having the tooth pulled out dislodge the undigested meat and that is releasing meat toxins, these toxins can misalign your Chakras.(meat is undigestable)(a vegan told me that once so its probably true). You can sprout and dehydrate the buckwheat to make more of a cereal with coconut milk/ nut milk. Also a sunflower seed based tuna with lemon, celery and a bit of nama shoya with a salad. Bell peppers stuffed with mushrooms. Lots of options but they all take some effort or you could go buy aaa grade tuna raw and make tacos in romaine lettuce.

I follow these guys who are advocates of the "bioenergetic" sphere, branching off of the Day Peat theories and something that I've learned from them is that some singular foods are just not for everybody. Sounds simple, right? But how often do you hear things like "An apple a day.."? when the truth is, apples can be very hard on digestion and even after digesting, it's metabolites can cause further issues. Currently, I can't even eat rice without days of after effects, something I ate my whole life and I attribute it to not fully healing before returning to it. Something else I've discovered is freshly squeezed lemon juice, sweetend with plain white sugar and as sweet as I want. The next day, after about 500ml to 1L my skin looks great and I feel good too. Can't explain it, but I think it has something to do with the citric acid and it's De-acidifying properties. The only problem I have is that it's kind of an inconvenience, but that's only because I haven't gotten one of those little manual citrus juicer things. I've said a lot here, probably for no reason. lol

I went keto medi recently, fish eggs broccoli greek yogurt walnuts/pecans, seen alot of improvements in health, constant energy, no crash, skin looks better, hair, acne is clear more than ever still not perfect all the time but there's been like 15 day streak of no acne, only bad thing so far is less sleep. I'm considering eating carbs again to get my sleep back but being mindful of blood sugar spikes rather than eating fruit by itself on an empty stomach.

Perhaps after quitting Carnivore and eating more veggies and fruit it created this environment in your gut where high sugar fruits are feeding bad bacteria that don't agree with you? It's hard to say. I do notice when I eat more fruit (especially high sugar) I can break out more, too. I know I have digestive issues to correct, and perhaps your digestion isn't as good as you think. I like "Kick It Naturally" UA-cam channel because it's about fixing the gut and digestion first before testing different diets. Also, I follow Lillie Kane on UA-cam and she used to be strict Carnivore until she had health issues where the diet wasn't benefiting her. She says eating too much sugar or fruit breaks her out so she sticks to lots of animal proteins and fat with just a little bit of fruit and veggie carbs. I'm kind of doing similar and also noticing a difference. You just got to keep testing. Trial and error for each individual unique bodies. :)
Try finding sprouted essene and Ezekiel bread half cooked using very slow cooking. Fruits are good just limit them to 1-4 servings a day like a normal vegan diet lol. And less hybridised like berries apples with high antioxidants gojji berries are fantastic. no bananas

Animal foods should be selected to cover the missing pieces of plant based, like herring, shellfish, organ meats. Most of the nutrients found in animal foods can be found in a diverse arrangement of plant foods, but seafood and organ meats are packed with those missing nutrient. Shellfish like mussels are less complex beings than plants, I don't feel worse about killing them than I do about killing a plant. Shellfish alone completely fill out the missing pieces of wfpb without needing to think much about anything. Can't have the allergy of course, then you'd have to go for organ meats. Insects are probably supposed to be in our diets too, we have been eating them forever, their chitin probably acts like a fiber in our gut biome, feeds unique friendlies. Read something about that but I'm not 100% sure. But it makes sense, we ate this way for 2 million years, our bodies aren't going to chmange wildly in 10k years, even with the crazy evolutionary pressures we're putting ourselves through, like c-sections.

Most of the nutrients found in animal foods can be found in a diverse arrangement of plant foods, but seafood and organ meats are packed with those missing nutrient. Shellfish like mussels are less complex beings than plants, I don't feel worse about killing them than I do about killing a plant. Shellfish alone completely fill out the missing pieces of wfpb without needing to think much about anything. Can't have the allergy of course, then you'd have to go for organ meats. Insects are probably supposed to be in our diets too, we have been eating them forever, their chitin probably acts like a fiber in our gut biome, feeds unique friendlies. Read something about that but I'm not 100% sure. But it makes sense, we ate this way for 2 million years, our bodies aren't going to chmange wildly in 10k years, even with the crazy evolutionary pressures we're putting ourselves through, like c-sections.
