With The Kenya bus it was very easy to evade the conductor I used to do the same from town to Mwiki and back in the evening and before that the train also came in handy from njiru to Dando b4 shifting one had to survive, utilize the fare for other things.
This has reminded me of guys from our hood used to crash reception za hapo nairobi club and public service club huko mara road ....i can relate since i went to mbagathi road primary lived at knh staff quarters but had huge shambas behind the houses
