Louis Whitworth That was indeed rude, but I think his words outweigh that. But yes, he interrupts everyone way too much and also doesn’t check if someone else wants to answer a question. Happens in too many interviews of them and I often notice that Kevin actually wanted to say something. I believe Nick is a little control freak and wants to give very precise answers. And he has to get used to the fact that he is no longer alone on the microphone. The three will hopefully communicate better these days, if something bothers them.

Everyone complaining about Nick talking the most, they didn't call him Mr. President for nothing! I mean he named his first solo group Nick Jonas and the Administration! He could potentially be president someday if he still wants to! Nick has a way with words that his brothers don't. They talked about this year's ago how they actually dont mind Nick taking over interviews. He is the most serious/level headed of the 3 of them so it makes sense. He's basically been like this for a long while now...

Maybe Nick doesn’t realize he’s monopolizing the interview. He has been solo for a good while now, so it may take a second for him to remember to pause and let someone else speak up. It’s possible too, that they may have asked him to take the lead if something about it made them nervous.
He does cut Kevin off; just to say how he appreciates him. I think he would have shown true appreciation by letting Kevin finish and then speaking up.

I agree! It’s almost condescending. Especially when he cuts Kevin off, just to compliment him. I’ve had people in my life who do this to me for years, and I lost a lot of confidence and felt demeaned. I hope this is not a regular accurance for them.

I sort of wish Nick would give Joe and especially Kevin the chance to talk... in all the interviews I've seen Nick just goes and talks for most of the interview and sometimes interrupts Kevin. That kind of annoys me....
Subin Kim ive notice the same. I always thought he was like a control freak and the fact that he interrupts, stares down and talks over joe and kevin just shows that its true. Plus I think hes a perfectionist. Thats never good.

Yeah I guess you can joke about it once or twice but on almost every interview?? Like the one in James Corden when he was "joking" about his-and I quote-'very very successful solo album' which wasnt on the teleprompter so it wasnt part of the sketch; and joe was looking at him all annoyed. Nick is really my least favorite Jonas ever since his looks and success got to his head

Amitha Alex Kevin never talks this much, seems like by choice. It’s refreshing, but I do like also seeing his brothers giving him his credit for them reuniting in the first place.
@@AGEE_95 I think now that they've all gotten older and girls aren't just falling all over Nick and Joe, it's different. Kevin has a wife and kids and he's like more stable and I feel like he feels he can talk more.
...He also hosted a game show and was kinda forced to talk so I think he's more used to it now.

Absolutely love them! When I was 19 (2013) I got the opportunity to meet them after winning a contest for their concert in NC. Best. Day. Ever. It gave me hope that if a dream such as meeting my favorite musicians could come true, then any dream can come true.
Since then I’ve gotten to meet their parents and Frankie at their restaurant in Belmont. I don’t live too far from it so whenever I get the chance to venture to that part of NC, I always stop by.
I would love to be able to meet them again in more depth than the first time. One of my dreams would be to sing on stage with them.
Anyway, long rant that’s kinda unrelated to this interview. I’m just happy they are back together. I can’t wait to hear more music and see them in concert again!

So so so happy to see Kevin and Joe back!!! Just wish Joe and Kevin would get more speaking time in these interviews. Seems like Nick is doing all the talking. Even interrupting Kevin as Kevin speaking. We really want to know more about Kevin and his family. Also more about Joe and Sophie Jonas;)
Nick and Joe are about to find out just how demanding it can be to have a wife and start a family while doing all the JoBro stuff... They're both going to be apologizing to Kevin for thinking he was wrong to want to focus on his marriage and family. Kev did a great job putting his family first. That's how it's supposed to be.
Nick is getting more and more narcissistic though and it's hard to watch all these interviews where he just monopolizes the conversations. He's always been the spokesperson for the group, but now that they're older, he needs to step back and let the others talk too. Ever the politician...

FYI - when conducting media interviews there is usually a list of preset questions as well as an agreement beforehand who is going to take the lead on the questions. I know it looks like Nick is hogging the mic in these interviews but I'm pretty sure the brothers have discussed who is going to take the lead in these interviews as part of the process in getting back together. I didn't grow up with their music but am loving them now so I"m just happy they are creating some wonderful new tunes.

Then when Kevin came to Australia, they knew it would work- but, he has 2 daughters so, what if he didn’t feel like going there? That means the band can’t get back together? I know what he was saying but the way it was said kind of bugs me

I also don't like how when he talks about their careers after the Jonas Brothers broke up, he'll mention how he had a solo career and Joe had DNCE and that's it as if Kevin was just sitting in a box for 6 years with nothing to do until Nick called wanting the band back together. Kevin was very busy and successful and just because it wasn't in the music industry I don't understand why he can't mention what Kevin was up. Also Kevin choosing to be close to home and being a good father and husband is nothing to sneeze at either. Ugh Nick and his cockiness just bugs me (As you can probably tell by this novel long reply lol)

I don’t really understand comments like: Nick let other people talk or Joe talks to much or let Kevin talk. It’s just their personalities!!! This is how they are. One like attention and is a great speaker, the other likes to talk about the funny stuff the most and yet again the other doesn’t really have the urge to speak. Which is fine, it’s the way they are. The way they have been brought up. So yeah.
