Copy of the Saudi Iqama of the executant.

Two fresh passport size photographs of the executant.
Photocopy of the CNIC of the attorney
Mobile Number of Attorney.
Two witnesses with original CNIC and Iqama.
Note: The executant will have to show original CNIC/NICOP at the time of submission of Power of Attorney for attestation.
Note: The executant will sign and impose thumb impression on the document in presence of Consular officer.
