You know what else strikes me about this? Lucky standing up for Elizabeth to Tom's face, and then leaping in and grabbing the gun. Lucky the cop (the character as he's been written for the past 10 years) can't catch a criminal, and has not once come to Elizabeth's rescue (it's always been Jason). Such a shame what the writers did to this character. Lucky should have stayed MIA until JJ was ready to come back to the role. He is the only true Lucky.
He went to prison, and as far as I know he's still there. Jason and Elizabeth had a convo about it a few years back. I hope they bring Tom and Faison back now that JJ is back! So many awesome clips to use.

I agree with whoever said that about GV's Lucky. He was more controling when he was with Elizabeth. If writing gets better now that JJ's back, hope they do get to gether!
can anyone tell me what happened to Tom after this? i know he was sent to prison but i don't remember if he was killed in jail or if he's still there...
Liz did talk to Jason about Tom & that they couldn't get him on the Rape, but the stalking of Emily. That was back in 2006 (& the rape was in 1998) & Liz said he had about 10 more yrs left in Pentonville. There had to be more on him as even w/Rape, he'd be out sooner. Too bad they didn't make an even bigger deal of it like when Jason was in Pentonville in 2007, he could have killed him or even when Liz was telling Rebecca about Tom still in prison, I think it would have been better if someone said he was shanked in prison 6 mths after his conviction or something like that.
Would this not be a good idea for the show to bring the real Elizabeth back, make the reason for the way she has been acting for the last several years the result of not coming to terms with her rape, thinking she is not worthy of Lucky because she feels guilty in her subconcience, that would explain the way she has been slutting around, she does not feel worthy, make her go into therapy and return the Liz we used to love not the tramp.

(That's when Lucky/Nik and Liz realize Em is in trouble and head for the photography studio.) Then the next episode is 11-2-98 which has the scenes above (plus the scenes before this where Liz scene where she realizes Tom was the rapist, he confirms it, she tries to get away but he grabs her and tosses her in the darkroom with Emily).
so awesome to watch the original jj and becky, they are awesome together in scenes, they are such a pure and loving couple you cannot get enough of, thank God jj came back,please don't waste anymore time,their love needs to be redeemed after stupid Guza,who hates women,gave Liz the worst storylines,she is incredible now in 1wk i love her again,how,&I am a dye hard jasam fan, with the right person&great writing equal something beautiful, Liz the intellegent nurse,not baby maker&her1st true love!
