Couldn’t cancer in a non vital organ still kill a persons if it grows large enough to block the function of nearby anatomy or via cancer cachexia from junk the tumor produces creating muscle and fat loss, including cardiac muscle? I wish oncologists would give more “off the record “ recommendations.

Theoretically, but in real life that stuff that leads a patient to die is things like brain mets, liver replaced by mets, lungs replaced by mets, etc.
