My mind was repeatedly blown by the music of this performance, especially the vocal performances and harmonies at so many points. Man, what a collection of singers, both male and female, and musicians! Great to see KAORI and REMI, for me coming from Yuki Kajiura's music, but I have a whole lot more respect for them, and for Joelle knowing she came through this group.

She was quite young here, I think 19 or 20 if I’m not mistaken, but you can see her confidence on stage, strong voice, and ability to sing high and low, harmonizing skill (which serves her very well with Fiction Junction). This is a prime collection of vocalists, not your average JPop singers, so the fact she was trained at this performance level shows how good she really is. For my taste, Fiction Junction does not utilize her ability as much as Sound Horizon did. Search for “Miezaru Ude” to see an essentially solo powerhouse performance from KAORI with music that was varied and had several changes. It was like she was fully let loose in that song and is still what I personally consider prime KAORI! She’s not refined and skilled now of course but that was what I thought she should be singing, rather than the pop she often sings in her solo career. (Edit: I meant to say she’s “more refined” instead of “not” in the last paragraph- autocorrect issues).
Once again, Jimanji's performance of the regretful father's song is the most moving performance for me in this concert. Maybe because as a man it weights heavily with me, the fear (or in his case, regret) of failing as a father...

Yep, and in the lyrics Shaytan keeps mentioning the fight between Cain and Abel (Adam and Eve's sons) example: 《Farmer - the elder brother》⇔《Shepherd - the younger brother》and “Offerings to God…fruits bore by the earth, a lamb’s firstborn, atonement by blood, anger and hatred,sparked a murderous intent,in other words, fratricide.” Cain and Abel couldn't agree which way was the best to show worship to god so the killed each other.
I think I agree. Her strongest work due to the strength and variety of the composition, storytelling, and the stronger vocalists she was surrounded with and could absorb from. Kaori was also challenged with different musical genres, Vocal styles, and performance requirements (acting, dancing), etc
I don't know if I should be glad that SnK made Revo more than famous so that he finally gets recognition for his genius (and more funds for his work, let's be honest, this is what it's all about) or angry at the fact that now everyone will recognize him because he made this shitty anime opening
