Hey! I booked a homestay through goibibo which costed me around Rs. 1100 per night. Accommodation is bit expensive in Matheran. Also it depends on your requirements. It's Hiral Valley View Residency. It's very near to the railway station. You can book on Goibibo. Try to book in advance because it gets booked really fast. Hope this helps.

Yes its definitely worth visiting this season, if you are looking to explore Matheran. There is no rain due to which its all dry and you can comfortably explore as well as see beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Plus monsoon is the peak time there, so things could be more expensive. Therefore, all in all its the best time now :)

12 point visit karwane ka hourse wale ne 1850 bola aur fir 450 me maan gaya kya ye sach he..... Matlab kitna scam krte he jinko bhaav karna nhi aata wo log 1850 ka 400/500 hi kam karenge...😮
