Yes you can use all these chemicals if you are facing hard water , but you needs to keep checking the PH level of your Washing Powder and must keep it between 8 to 10

No dear Urea will not effect the smell of your washing powder. I am already Using it for the last many years .If you are still sensitive, use a good quality Long lasting Fregrance.
Is the detergent hot or cold? , industrial detergent comes out hot but hand made us cold why?
When you make detergent powder in low quantity it get cold quickly while in large quantity it takes time to get cold.
Please how much profit can you make from this formula? 40%, 50% or what? Also, can I just buy urea fertilizer and use for the urea used in the formula you have given? Thank you.
The profit will depends on the price for which you will sell and the raw materials you buy , but I can assure you this formulation has the potential to beat any super best quality washing powder in the market. And yes you can use urea fertilizer in this formulation.

I tried the formulation though I added half milk cup of hydrogen peroxide. Then I didn't get UT base powder. I added 500g sodium sulfate in place of the UT base powder. The detergent forms well but the appearance has wet balls. It needs to be dried. I dried for some hours but the wet balls are still in it. It foams quite well but not very foamy. I calculated the formulation to make 10kg. TSP and STPP are prohibited for use in detergent. I didnt add. What didn't I do right that I didn't get a better foam and I got rough, wet texture? The cost is high too. It cost me about 900 naira (170.45 rupees). No profit.

Thank you very much. Yes you can use CMC instead of Sodium Silicate if Cost is not an issue , and for best results let sulfonic react with Soda ash so that both the chemicals get neutralized .

UT base powder has the only one function in washing powder and that is to increase the Mass of washing powder , it is only known with this name. It is a very light weight powder because of which the mass of washing powder increase from low to high and the washing powder looks more than its weight. It has no chemical function in washing powder. You can ignore it if the mass of washing powder is what you want.

If you dont find Urea you can add half the quantity of Urea as mentioned in the formulation with Vinegar. Or replace the quantity of urea with Sodium bi Carbonate (baking soda)
