Howya Doin I don't think Naughty Dog are continuing Uncharted with a 5th game (at least, I haven't heard anything). Pretty sure this DLC is just and spinoff of the Uncharted 4 story. My comment was just a suggestion that they *could* keep it going with Drake's daughter and her dog.
Well this explains a lot. I was so angry with naughtydog for not inclusing chloe in the story. But now i hear that they are making an expansion with her in it i'm excited and releaved haha.
I would honestly love if every once in a while (like every year or two) we get a story dlc that explores some adventures with different characters, sully, cutter, etc. that way even though Nate's story had ended the franchise wouldn't end.
Amazing games came out this year, like Battlefield 1, Dark Souls 3, Uncharted 4, Shadow Warrior 2, Titanfall 2, Dishonored 2, Final Fantasy XV and Steep. Walking Dead season three and the long awaited Last Guardian is coming out this month, I think 2016 has been an excellent year for video games.
I thought Nadine was an interesting new character for UC4 and yet i felt she wasn't fleshed out on the game. Now that we have the standalone game, I'm very excited to see her story. Add Chloe who was also missed by a lot of gamers , I think this is going to be a blast to play.

Then near the end, Cass mentions Evelyn's name or Evelyn mentions taking care of Sam or there's some hint that Cass is pregnant with her SECOND child or something.
Man, Claudia Black is so cool! Love her acting since SG-1 TV Series. Her VA is also so amazing. Morrigan from Dragon Age is my favorite. I didn't play any Uncharted game at all, but I definitely will try this one. Especially with Laura Bailey portraiting Nadine. Who knows, maybe one more Uncharted fan is coming up :)
Yeah, they could probably get a decent number of spinoffs done over the next few years if they take the same approach to those and they are to this, lengthy expansions but not full big-budget productions. I'd like to see younger Sully and Sam, but at the end of Uncharted 4 it also hints maybe those two have an adventure set up afterwards, I'd love for that to happen. And obviously at some point you'd think they make an adventure starring Nate and Elena's daughter.

I think they should really point a few microphones towards the audience at these things.. as it stands you really can't feel the atmosphere or excitement of the room because you simply can't hear them unless they're being particularly loud.
Tavin Bothel they have been working on the last of us 2 for 2 years already. So another 1.5 years most probably. In 2014, 8 months of uncharted 4 was scrapped and they started from scratch, ending in 2016. so I expect they can finish it early 2018

I think the Uncharted series is far from dead. Nathan Drake's story might be over, but there are many other characters from the games like Chloe and Nadine that are really great characters and deserve to be developed more. Very excited for this game and can't wait for the release!

I don't really watch much of these panel discussion videos, but I feel like the vibe of the place got really awkward at times because the creative team are socially awkward. lol Those actors seem so down to earth though! if you look at sony's current slate and what is coming down the pipe, it truly looks awesome. At the same time, a lot of this stuff probably wont be around for years. i'm sure it's best for people to fall for hype so easily for stuff nowhere close to coming out

There are just two things I think are missing in ND games. Minor rpg elements and weapons/character customization.
