Pinay resilience abroad is most definitely what we have seen from our guest. Meet JOSIE our friend from UK who used to live in Ireland with his British husband. She was a chairperson and a mover for our community when she was here. Her contribution to our FILIPINO-IRISH community has been well received by most if not all.
In this REAL TALK podcast, she shared her humble beginnings from the PHILIPPINES to the middle east then to IRELAND and UK. She has been travelling a lot around the globe for work, business and pleasure.

I remember when I was 13yrs old nag titinda ako ng bbq para makaraos,kapus talaga ang buhay,pinangarap ko maka pag aral.nag college ako 25yrs old na then 29yrs old naka graduate din.sinabi ko talaga sa sarili ko noon na hindi ko kasalanan naging mahirap pero ang mamatay ng mahirap yun ang kasalanan. so i push my self to do things na hindi ko alam na kaya ko pala, totoong laki sa harap lang makaka-relate.
