Took one for a test drive a week ago at legal motorway speeds (130km/h), and you can actually talk comfortably in hushed voices in the front seats so as not to wake up the kids sleeping in the back. I guess the noise levels might rise sharply when you go above 140-150km/h, but then - it's a box on wheels, so you can't reasonably expect anything else.
