Your videos are the only videos that stop my anxiety and intrusive thoughts. It's probably because they are "chaotic" and my brain tries to follow and can't think about anything bad anymore. They're also ADHD friendly, or at least they work for me and keep my brain calm and relaxed but entertained. I don't know if I managed to explain it but thank u♥️
