I've been to Disney parks in Orlando, Paris and Tokyo. Considering cleaning, services, food quality and shows, I prefer Tokyo. The mood in Japan's parks is curiously relaxed although rather crowded and long lines. We seldom hear people talking out loud or crying and asian visitors dress themselves very well even on hot damp summer days, almost all girls with skirts, dresses, hats and parasols.
They even open later and close earlier than many other Disney parks because most of their staff ride the train to work and god forbid they have to work late and miss the train home! (Taxi fares in Japan are horrendous if you can somehow find a taxi late at night)

Tokyo's DisneySea is what Disney theme parks in the US used to strive for, but have long since abandoned as a viable concept. One need only look at Epcot - the once thriving park of the future, now horrendously and hermetically sealed as a crumbling time capsule of the mid-80's. Class will out. And DisneySea is a class act from top to bottom. It has been afforded the luxuries of imagineering ingenuinity like no other theme park in the world - not just Disney theme parks. In the US, Univesal is surpassing Disney in virtually all regards. There's nothing to prevent Disney Inc. from building something even more spectacular on the Florida land it controls that is still, largely unpopulated. Instead, that land is increasingly used for building just another hotel for the tourist trade while the parks, themselves, have begun to look like forgotten relics from another time. The old Disney/MGM park is now a wan ghost flower of its original intent. The same can be said of Epcot - which never has lived up to Walt's idea of the experimental prototype community of tomorrow. And the Magic Kingdom is showing its age too, with attractions not being properly curated, and landscape that is being allowed to slowly fall by the waste side. It's sad to see Walt's dream and vision chronically being bastardized and/or scaled down to suit quick commerce but to legitimately deprive the attendee of the pleasures of being immersed in a world of its own design the way DisneySea teleports you to an escapist fantasy realm where anything seems possible. But that has become the fate of Disney's American theme parks. There future is all in the past. The parks outside the US, to varying degrees, look ahead to new horizons instead and are examples of how the American spirit has, rather ironically, vacated its own tabernacle to enrich other parts of the world and cater to consumerism abroad at the expense of its homegrown base. Odd, and VERY disappointing!

I wish we have this on the philippines… this really bring you to the next level of leisure and a great package for family theme park and all ages. Very majestic i really wish their is rich investor like sm and ayala to put this in . Our theme parks is very outdated small and less charm i dont know but they are not imagining while they building theme parks there

It's too bad I don't find Disneyland interesting because I never went to Disneyland in my life, so I would find it boring, which makes me sad. At least the casino makes me smile. Especially when winning more money. 🎰
I went to disney orlando, disney paris and disneysea in japan, but Orlando is still the best The ending show in magic kingdom orlando is the best. The attractions in the animal kingdom (avatar) are the best The merchandise (outlet) is cuter and there's more variety in orlando The food on disneysea is the best and not that expensive as disney orlando I think disneysea is an ok park. Not a park that I would choose to comeback ( I would rather visit other places in Japan) in Japan is too crowed even on monday....there's way too much line for everything and I didn't find many places to eat...A lot of places you had to do reservations, but in Orlando I didn't have problem finding places to eat I had high expectations cuz everybody kept saying is the best disney in the world, but now I don't think so.
I'd say tokyo disneyland is better than disneysea. I'll see if my rating bumps up when fantasy springs opens. Disneysea is definitely more of a walking park and has few rides. Still a beautiful park though.
I could barely breathe in Florida because of the crowds and most of the rides were broken. Tokyo disney had much wider walkways and everything was working perfectly, so I had a better time there. The theming and quality of everything was also much stronger in Tokyo than the parks in Florida
There is something to be said when a Themepark is busy enough that people are everywhere, but not crowded enough that you're wading through a sweaty throng: "Just Right"

I've been to Disney parks in Orlando, Paris and Tokyo. Considering cleaning, services, food quality and shows, I prefer Tokyo. The mood in Japan's parks is curiously relaxed although rather crowded and long lines. We seldom hear people talking out loud or crying and asian visitors dress themselves very well even on hot damp summer days, almost all girls with skirts, dresses, hats and parasols.
They even open later and close earlier than many other Disney parks because most of their staff ride the train to work and god forbid they have to work late and miss the train home! (Taxi fares in Japan are horrendous if you can somehow find a taxi late at night)

Tokyo's DisneySea is what Disney theme parks in the US used to strive for, but have long since abandoned as a viable concept. One need only look at Epcot - the once thriving park of the future, now horrendously and hermetically sealed as a crumbling time capsule of the mid-80's. Class will out. And DisneySea is a class act from top to bottom. It has been afforded the luxuries of imagineering ingenuinity like no other theme park in the world - not just Disney theme parks. In the US, Univesal is surpassing Disney in virtually all regards.
There's nothing to prevent Disney Inc. from building something even more spectacular on the Florida land it controls that is still, largely unpopulated. Instead, that land is increasingly used for building just another hotel for the tourist trade while the parks, themselves, have begun to look like forgotten relics from another time. The old Disney/MGM park is now a wan ghost flower of its original intent. The same can be said of Epcot - which never has lived up to Walt's idea of the experimental prototype community of tomorrow.
And the Magic Kingdom is showing its age too, with attractions not being properly curated, and landscape that is being allowed to slowly fall by the waste side. It's sad to see Walt's dream and vision chronically being bastardized and/or scaled down to suit quick commerce but to legitimately deprive the attendee of the pleasures of being immersed in a world of its own design the way DisneySea teleports you to an escapist fantasy realm where anything seems possible. But that has become the fate of Disney's American theme parks.
There future is all in the past. The parks outside the US, to varying degrees, look ahead to new horizons instead and are examples of how the American spirit has, rather ironically, vacated its own tabernacle to enrich other parts of the world and cater to consumerism abroad at the expense of its homegrown base. Odd, and VERY disappointing!

I went to disney orlando, disney paris and disneysea in japan, but Orlando is still the best
The ending show in magic kingdom orlando is the best.
The attractions in the animal kingdom (avatar) are the best
The merchandise (outlet) is cuter and there's more variety in orlando
The food on disneysea is the best and not that expensive as disney orlando
I think disneysea is an ok park. Not a park that I would choose to comeback ( I would rather visit other places in Japan)
in Japan is too crowed even on monday....there's way too much line for everything and I didn't find many places to eat...A lot of places you had to do reservations, but in Orlando I didn't have problem finding places to eat

I’m gonna be honest I think Tokyo Disney sea is extremely overrated. Good video though
I'd say tokyo disneyland is better than disneysea. I'll see if my rating bumps up when fantasy springs opens. Disneysea is definitely more of a walking park and has few rides. Still a beautiful park though.
Disneyland in Florida is the best of them all..in Japan no good.
I could barely breathe in Florida because of the crowds and most of the rides were broken. Tokyo disney had much wider walkways and everything was working perfectly, so I had a better time there. The theming and quality of everything was also much stronger in Tokyo than the parks in Florida
There is something to be said when a Themepark is busy enough that people are everywhere, but not crowded enough that you're wading through a sweaty throng: "Just Right"
