Vee, it never mattered what age I was whether I was in my 20s or not, I have always made changes in life if I was unhappy about something.

I'm 23, almost 24, and honestly, the most important thing I have ever learnt is that you need to follow yiur own heart and your own dreams. If that means that you have to stop caring about certain things or people, then that's a sacrifice you have to be willing to take. In the long term, giving time, energy and other resources to people or projects that do not fulfill you is going to make you miserable and you'll end up feeling like you have wasted your life away on things that did not matter at all. How do you avoid wasting your life on unnecessary and unfruitful things? Know yourself and know your values. Before you decide to do anything, to share anything about yourself, to make a decision - ask yourself, am I doing this because it aligns with my values and dreams or am I doing this on autopilot/based on other people's expectations/to please others?

I love this! I'm struggling a bit because I don't really fit in with my group of friends anymore and this video was a nice reminder that we all get to make those type of choices

Thank you so much you have no idea how much I needed this vídeo. I know in this video you talked about removing your toxic friends but in this time I'm removing my toxic dad who's been always whispering in my ear what he wants me to become, but now I want to be who I want to be, free from all his ideas of what means to be successful in life. Thanks Vee, you are a ray of sunshine

Hey Vee. What if it's your family especially dad controlling everything, including your personality, goals, friends etc. But then he pays your fees so you feel guilty when you think about how controlling he is.
