hi renz! if you're a wide footer, you will feel the rubber on your pinky toe so I don't recommend it. Mine is already broken in but I still find that rubber thing annoying.

Not as bouncy but impact protection is probably at par. Btw what's your current preferred shoe? I've been liking the Li-Ning with Bounse+ and Anta Shock The Game 4.0 recently. Both have very good cushioning.
@@XIAObasketball you should give a review on them both then! I've been balling in old shoes: Lebron soldier 6 and Lebron 11 elites. Grind them down outdoors but they're very nice for the knees haha

Already sold it. Didn't use it too much because I didn't like the cushioning. It's a bit firm for me. Other than that, it's a good performer.

Hey man, performance-wise, are these or the kt5 low better?
If you're narrow footer, kt5 low might be better. Specs are better. But for me wide footer I get a better fit on GH1.

I think you should go true to size. I wear size 9 on Nike and Anta.
