Change is inevitable, and it may not be the "easiest" transition for buyers agents, but as we mentioned on the episode I think most of the transactions will be business as usual. There is a small percent of sellers that will refuse to pay buyers agents, but that just means that they will end up selling under market or it will sit longer on the market.
