Ratchet Gladiator VGM: Ghost Station -The Grinding Chase

after ratchet completed maraxus MR. Vox realised that it was time to bring out the big guns...the ghost station where it seems all the dead robots' spirits go, this first one is mostly on the grindrails with short stops in between to activate more grindrails.

R&C 2 music: mostly heroic sounding songs, some fun songs
R&C 3 music: subtly heroic songs, lots of spacey sounding stuff
R&C 4 music: flat out badass rocking out songs
Take your pick, the PS2 Ratchet and Clank games had each amazing and very underrated soundtracks.

It has the best music for action oriented stuff which for this game was the main focus. This game also had the best feeling combat. I think the other OST's do fine for the series as they are more about exploring the different planets with a bit of mayhem and those ost's fit just fine.

The orchestral music from the first three games was fitting because the game was less focused on combat and more focused on exploration, which is why each track was more fitting to the planet. Since the combat in Deadlocked was emphasized, the music was switched out for this. It would sound weird blowing up everything in sight on a combat holovision show to orchestral music, wouldn't it?
