For those of you who wants to go for trekking, you need to atleast warm up physical fitness. And by warm up, I mean running for atleast 1 month, for 2/3km and eat healthy food taking care of your body. You need to wear a good trekking shoe, and light but warm clothes 3 in 1... mentally prepared too 15:51
