#1 I have self control so I am able to communicate correctly without holding grudges. I no longer feel bothered by people not wanting to be around or trying to come back to see if they can get energy from me without having the intention of reciprocating. I cut somebody off just today. I told her there is nothing left for me here and to take care. I stopped forcing relationships w anyone. I can see the signs in the behaviors and I don't tolerate nonsense. If someone can't keep their word I don't get mad I simply keep it moving without complaints. It seems I attracted many people like this in the past because they were a projection of my own shortcomings. I'm still keeping myself in isolation building myself back up mentally, emotionally and physically. Im currently working out in my backyard. I learned to control my emotions but realizing that you are responsible for the bad situations of your past is not an easy thing to handle. I no longer feel the need to push that anger outwards but rather pulling it down from exploiting. I'm working at the root of it so the feelings come and go but getting better and easier. I'm changing physically as well, I feel amazing overall. I'm not forcing anything for the rest of 2023 I'll just keep to myself and when I feel ready I'll start connecting w people in a new way. You just mentioned ISOLATION 😂. it's in a good way too. I feel at peace and whole. I don't feel lonely I am enjoying my own company so that I don't need to rely on the company of anyone and I can actually enjoy others without needing them emotionally. My karma was chaotic, painful, mentally draining. It left me empty but then lif started picking back up slowly and it's barely the beginning. My money is increasing too. No more need or scarcity. I am abundant and whole. Selective of who I will allow around me and able to deal with different types of personalities without getting lost in their emotional chaos
I dealt with generational karma that even my father continues to behave in because he hides behind religion without doing the inner work. To put it into perspective I remember during the last phase of my cycle, seeing signs of "eat shit" just verbal diarrhea following me but it didn't affect me emotionally. I remember people wishing death on me. It was really dark stuff but it was a mirror of things I saw in my father and the things I also took from him as a child. I am free now, I make my own decisions from a better place without fear or anger. I feel in power of myself.

Thanks for pile one! I struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life only to be diagnosed after college with bipolar 1 disorder after a very traumatic (and continually traumatic) manic episode. Complacency happens when someone stops trying to improve his/her or other people’s around them situation and creates a story in their mind why they are happy with the status quo. It’s somewhat a coping mechanism. “I don’t want to see anything, I don’t want to hear anymore, I’m happy where I am, I’m happy with myself at the current level. A wilful blindness if you will.
