ingredients
Naan dough:
white flour (maida) 3 Cups
salt 1tsp or to taste
yeast 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
oil 1-2 tbsp
egg 1
yogurt 2-3 tbsp
warm milk 1/2 Cup
water as required
potato Stuffing:
oil 1-2 tbsp
cumin seeds1 tsp
garlic Chopped 1tsp
green chili chopped 2-3
onion chopped 1
salt 1 tsp or to taste
red chilli powder 1 tsp
red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
dry Coriander powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
boiled potato 1/2 kg
fresh Coriander leaves

@@Nizam26-i2d According to me, I think if u use eno then give I sachet of eno, or if u r using Baking powder then I think 1 teaspoon will work with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and lemon to activate it..

Baking in oven made the whole recipe very hard cz for each bread I have to wait 20 minutes. I would rather fry 5 parata in 20 minutes otherwise It's a fantastic mouth watering recipe
No if oven is pre heated then it will take 5min to cook i make naan in grill in oven it gets dry as well
I use naan machine and it cooks in 2 mins
@Aqal Mand all take same time aloo are already cooked so don't take too long i even make pizzas as well
