Pecky’s River Lot adventure continues! With multiple spots pre-baited Pecky keeps his options open and even after banking a number of carp he opts to return to an area he thinks will do a bigger fish. After carefully placing his rigs using the elastic band setup it wasn’t long before the Lot Valley was ringing with the sound of a screaming Delkim.

Catching very big carp on the rivers isn't too difficult if you avoid following what most others do. I rarely ever have problems on the Lot. Prefer to never use a boat or dinghy there, nor on most other rivers. I have no problem leaving a bait in position for several days without reeling it in, and always confident it will be there to be picked up by giants, while in the meantime able to withstand nuisance species and crayfish.
