It honestly kills me how dogs forgive and love humans after being abused and neglected by humans. Pure hearts are in the bodies of animals thats for sure!

@@miltonmoore8369 So the driver should have take her to the vet and take care of her until she was fully recovered. This is called responsability for your actions and it shows your true character.
She was definitely "Foster Fail" material, especially when she learned how to swim! What sweetheart, I'm glad she's safe and happy!
Edit: I'm glad to see so many people responded and agree that she is a wonderful dog! I'd like to think it means more and more people will adopt from shelters when looking for their next family member. I know that when my current 13 year old companion Roxy, crosses the Rainbow Bridge (hopefully not for many years!) I'll be looking for a senior rescue. There are too many in shelters since most people want a puppy. But I think the "Frosty Faced" seniors are just as cute and are extremely grateful. Too bad we can't give them all homes tomorrow!

I’ve fostered between 30 and 50 dogs (length of stay, how much help they needed..) and even a couple of cats and a miniature pig(!) But *I’ve actually only had one foster fail* .
It wasn’t his injuries… It was just those eyes when he looked at me! I had him for eight years until he passed recently. The sweetest most wonderful dog ever.
I miss my buddy but as my schedule changes I’m going to foster again and I’m sure another buddy is in my future.
What a sweet girl, so glad someone took a change chance on her… As humans we can ask that of each other but it is truly a kind soul the sees this in discarded pets.
I just love foster fails, she’s in a good family now.

I love that the foster people see how hard her recovery is physically and mentally and decided to keep her and not try to get her to start all over again with the new family. I guess it all depends on the conditions and back story of the puppy. Love the happy ending blessings to everyone that was involved. Go WIllow!!!!
When she went to her foster family, my first thought was "This is definitely going to be a foster fail" 😂 I'm glad I was right. She's a sweetheart.

Thank God, that poor girl was given a second chance at life. I can only imagine how much pain she was in and how scared she was. This video brought tears in my eyes, and I am so thankful for the lady that rescued her and to the couple who adopted her. Here's to her living her best dog life

Oh my gosh, the SWELLING in her left hip! That poor baby! I just had my hip replaced and went through it with no pain killers (I live in Portugal, they don't give you pain meds - at least not of the opioid variety!) - and it was ROUGH! I can't IMAGINE the pain she must have gone through! And she was sweet the whole time - what a great girl! So glad this lovely couple decided to adopt her! ❤

My best who all the rescue and for anyone interested please look into it. I’ve fostered for 10 years and getting a dog or cat healthy to the point where they can go to their forever home is the most fulfilling thing you can do. You really seem to get more out of it than the dog.
