Thanks a million Caleb very well explained. You are really good in this and you helped me a lot in understanding transitive dependencies, where my uni book took 3 pages to describe it 🤷♂️. Thanks again.
great video I also find it interesting that even nature is telling us that a direct connection with the Determinant is best and not a Transitive Dependancy where we connect with the Determinant through other Attributes. Basically, its best to connect to God directly and not through any other people or entities. Sorry I know most of y'all dont really wanna hear this but I just wanted to share it. Peace
doesn't category_description depend solely on the category? that should be a separate table with only one column in this one referencing that one unless of course, the category description does change even if the category stays the same I honestly would have picked this up in 1NF
Great presentations. Detailed, informative, humorous and very short (not boring) all at once. Definitely you have a talent for that. Thanks a lot!

Just passed my exam pre-test because of you sir. Thanks homie.
Great Video, I liked it even though I am not even studying SQL / databases now.
You are amazing for this.
bro you're saving my ass (i hope) for upcoming exams.
not all heros wear capes
so transitive dependency says that no column must depend on a non-primary key

Amazing video, thank you!
Thanks a lot!
good explain!!!!!
Thanks a ton!
Thank you , now we can say that there is a O-T-M relationship between categories and listings table ?
Shouldn't the category column in the listings table (after adding the categories table) be changed to category_id?
Any references should be _id. I didn't watch the video to see context, but if there is another table for categories then yes.
Nice explanation
No videos on BCNF or 4NF?
what is 4nf?!
