One of the best shows ever released. When Escape to Chimp Eden stopped filming I was so sad until I discovered this series existed. Primate and tornado documentaries must make up 75% of my viewing subject matter and this series has been outstanding to say the very least

I think the way the capuchins reacted to the fake snake is a testament to their amazing intelligence. Other species may have been liable to react more impulsively and aggressively, but it seemed like they almost knew from the outset that this wasn't a real threat, and then verified through several tests that their suspicion was correct.
I love watching these! I learn so much!
It seemed like Bart was so recently a baby chimp. Now he is maturing so nicely and moving up the ranks.
Bart and Eddie are both very beautiful chimps, they have a dignified aesthetic to their face

You guys should try to get animatronic snakes & monkeys to test their reactions. Maybe have a donation-a-thon set up so everyone could help raise the funds. They aren't cheap.
And these monkeys arent dummies - they know those rubber snakes aren't real. LoL
But i'd love to see their reactions to a realistic animatronic monkey & a snake or reptile. They look so real and their movements & all - it would be soo cool to gauge their reactions to it all. 😊

For an ugly monkey I think Toto is handsome. His coat is beautiful and shiny. I think him and flo would make cute babies together lol
She don’t want the baby on her anymore…she keeps biting her hands. That’s why she is so independent and a climbing girl at her age.
I love the snake situation for the primates for so many reasons but I do wish they would try and find a better snake for this.

That fake snake doesn’t fool me! Hahah
*my dream would be to get to visit Monkey World but because when I was younger I was battling an opiate addiction which eventually got me arrested for drug possession turning me into a convicted felon and with England not allowing felons to visit their country I won't ever be able to visit Monkey World leaving me really depressed about the whole situation
I understand there's probably strict rules about visas and immigration, but if you get a passport and a plane ticket to England, shouldn't it more than likely go smoothly? Maybe I'm totally wrong but when I went to England a decade ago I recall the process was very quick at customs. They looked at the passport and asked me a few simple questions like "What brings you to the UK?" and "Where are you going to stay?" and "How long are you going to be here?" I'm under the impression that they don't automatically do criminal checks on the spot for every person entering as that would be extremely cumbersome, so as long as you don't fumble or seem suspicious I don't think they're gonna even know about your felony.
Again I could be wrong but this is also how it is at the Canadian border. They don't check your criminal background unless you've been flagged and brought into the customs building for further inquiry. One time I was crossing the Detroit/Windsor border and when they asked me why I'm coming to Canada today, I told them I was going to the mall in Windsor. They found that suspicious as they couldn't fathom why a young 20-something male from Michigan needed to go to their specific mall (it turns out there was a specific shoe store I was going to because only the Canadian location had what I was looking for). So they flagged me as suspicious and brought me in. They then found that I had a misdemeanor on my record, but they claimed that the specific misdemeanor I had was a felony in Ontario and thus refused me entry. If, for whatever reason however, I wasn't flagged as suspicious, I would've been on my merry way and they'd never have been aware of the record.
Whoever told you that you're not allowed to visit the UK with a conviction is mistaken.
I hope that's not true. Really sad if it is.

This is a good thing but i wonder. Would it not be better to put the millions spent on these rescue places on protecting the wild areas these animals are being taken from. Most are in places where western money is worth a LOT more. So the money spent protecting those areas.from poachers would actually stop this from happening in the first place. Spend it on educating the the youths in those countries to Protect the wild animals. Then make it against the law everywhere to own them with threat of life imprisonment. Also remember that many Zoos collect these animals because they are For PROFIT businesses.
Let them be wild in the wild. This double standard makes me sick. Also the fact that experiments happen on living animals (Chimpanzees and rodants) is also sickening....
Why are rodants not treated with such care and Love? Did you know rodants are Purposefully given Cancer to test drugs... the Rodants all Die.
We live in a sick society that says one thing but also does the exact opposite. This comment will most likely be deleted... Anything that spreads the truth of what is happening usually does on this platform!
