It's completely pointless to have higher frames than your refresh rate unless you need them to record. My rr is 144hz so I only need 144fps, but I recorded this at 240 so I capped the frames there. Sucks MC doesn't allow for higher frame caps, after 240 is unlimited. It's not synced so the recording skips frames sometimes :/
