The college education that a lot of people are receiving in the past 20ish years actually teaches them that women can be rude because they are the victims, and therefore automatically virtuous. It teaches them that everything is subjective and it's okay to live in their own relativistic fantasy. This is especially true among junk degrees like communications, grievance studies, sociology, social work, and so on (incidentally all female dominated "disciplines").
