Hi prajeetha, the flour might have lost its moisture content overnight.. that could be the reason it doesn't cook well. The other thing you need to ensure is that the puttu maker isn't stuffed too much with the flour. It requires sufficient air gaps to cook well. Recipe ellam nalla thaan irukku. Aanaa neenga starting la kudukkura build up “10 min la ready pannalaam” thaan konjam over aah irukku. Neenga sollirkkura process is not a 10 min one.

Sorry for delay in replying. Goduma maavu i normally buy fresh goduma from shop and get it powdered from mill. No mixing at all. But atta is mixed. For better results try fresh goduma maavu.
