This song is absolutely legendary. So Nostalgic, I remember playing this in 2013 and then giving up for some reason, I went back to it on Xbox in 2021 and completing the whole Adventure. Life was so good back then. Now I have Pvz, Pvz2, PvzGw and PvzGw2. Thank you Popcap and thank you Shigi for making this great game, song and my Childhood.

Ah, the memories. I remember that when I was a kid, I was scared of the zombies, so, in the menu screen, I would not put my name, but instead, my dad's name. I mean, heh, the zombos can't get me if it was not mah house.
@Magnus Von Braun Because crazy dave is the most intelligent human on the earth. He in the past beat dr zomboss in a science contest, so doctor zomboss wants his brain to become as intelligent as him.
Nostalgia overload. I remember when my friend showed me this game after school. He was on the fog levels. I remember getting the disc and sharing it because it was an unlimited download disc. I remember using the laptop, and taking it to places when my parents had to keep my occupied. I remember talking with my friends at lunch, comparing strategists and achievements. I remember playing the sequels, and I won't get into it but they just didn't do it for me. (mainly bc pvz2 is not on the pc.) I feel like it's almost impossible for game sequels to recreate vibes of the original. God, I remember beating every level, getting a new plant, and wondering what it would do, and that piano note played when you clicked on it. I can go on and on about how much I love this game, especially when it's nostalgia on steroids. man those were the days...
Tim Johnson I played this when I was 8 because my friend told me to try it First time I played this game I don't understand a lot because English is not my native English. I remember beating levels, get new plants, watering my plants. I played it for 4 years and I stopped(maybe I played it too much) And the pvsz 2 came out and I gave it a try. Pvsz 2 is not so bad but it's not the same. The feeling when I first play this game, the memories is gone. Maybe I was innocent back then. Now I hate my life. I wish I could turn back the time. Pvsz is more than just a game to me That's my story Btw what do you mean" the piano note played when you clicked on it"?
Duc Huy Doan Phan he meant that every time he clicked on a new plant or whatever it was he earned at the end of the level, a little tune on a piano would be played
Leonardo ASN I remember seeing pvz on my ps3 back in 2011 or something. I was 9... I couldn't get the full version. I remember how I was dead curiousabout what other plants did. I couldn't learn because it required the full version to get them. I remember getting it for my ds lol, I played the shit out of it, Grew the wisdom tree to 400ft, got the golden sunflower, filled my zen garden, finished the game twice to encounter the Yeti zombie, played hundreds of waves, flags of survival, vasebreaker, I zombie; endless. But at the end I was not as happy as I was when I played not even the full version of the game as a kid... I still am a kid but those times were something entirely different...
Let me paint you a picture You come home from elementary (or middle or high school ya know) and boot up your computer. You click the PVZ icon to play, and load up your account. You look at your golden trophy, and with little hesitation click the adventure button and play through for the 7th time
Ahh the good old days. In my opinion this game is pretty good. But for me EA ruined this franchise. PvZ 2? All the ingame merchandise. And Garden Warfare? Well its decent. But the same with the ingame merch. I love the first PvZ the most
i loved this game, and then i had to pay to progress through the levels, and then it kept going back to the first level when i got the next update, and then something wrong happened to my computer, making me restart the whole fucking process over again. god. didn't take long to get to the end of the update either.
Teratoid Gaming I loved this game. The humor, the strategy applied to it, and the creative ideas. Too bad EA had to screw it up like it screws up everything. PvZ 2 was decent but nothing can beat the original.
Zombies: THE ZOMBIES. . . ARE COMING Sunflower: Oh no! The zombies are coming! What are we gonna do? Repeater: Fight, Fight until they're gone! One of the best Strategy games of all time.
It´s a Tower defender but well
goa141 No It was a new take on a tower defender, and required a lot of strategy and resource management such as the Sun points.
Polygon Man Ok, but the most accuarate term is tower defense, just saying.
goa141 No Agreed, but is there really a difference between the two?
Is more a specification, for example an army fightyn others is a strategy game, chess is a strategy game, card games are strategy ones and etc.
