Best class I've ever had. Not only did I learn what a handgun was and how to operate one, but upon leaving the class, I immediately made GM while on the way home. I also found I was dramatically more attractive to the opposite sex, and my hair is already becoming noticeably more full! 12.7/10, would recommend.
Thanks for putting on a great class this weekend! Learned a lot about what I was forcing the gun to do through incorrect postures and tensing up body parts that don't need to be used, which led to over correcting/pushing/throwing and limiting fluid movements. If anyone ever has a chance to take one of Ben & Joel's classes, do it! Went through about 1700rds over the 2 days.
I love that introduction. The idea that a lesson for something like this isn't going to improve you then and there, but set you on the path to improvement sets the tone perfectly.
Ok, so after watching this, I've cancelled my place in Ben's class in March, because I just got it all here. Totally kidding (absolutely going to the class), but this is great stuff!
Lightening up the pressure on my grip this past weekend made me able to maintain a more consistent grip pressure overall. My dot started going straight up and down in recoil and I could focus more on my vision and trigger-press. I also got tired less faster and could shoot more. Thanks Ben!

As I analyze Ben's increasing professionalism, I'm left with only one question. Was the zipper boner displayed on the range that day intentional ; or has he just become so professional that his gun belt struggles to contain his professionalism?
No, Ben, I can't see what you're doing. It's way to subtle. If I had a high speed camera and slowed the replay and magnified the replay, I might be able to see what you're talking about. I hate when instructors do this.
It's not about seeing nuanced stuff, it's generally the thing that he's talked about over and over all day. If anything it's engagement so you remember it better.
