Oh, I have consistent rashes too that also last for months at a time! I've gotten used to it enough that I don't do a lot to combat it anymore after 10 years (too lazy and cheap lol), but that cocoa butter soap could be helpful!! Cool :) I'm glad you mentioned it; never heard of that release before.
Edit -- I used that zinc bar soap for such a long time. Definitely not glam or hip, but it does seem to help.

My hair is also very fine, and I can’t figure out how to use a scalp scrub or the silicone scrubber. They always get my hair so tangled. Maybe I’m stupid idk 😂 does anyone have tips?
