A few years back (over 10) a friend of mine sent her a very polite letter enquiring about getting an elderly relative with a strong connection to the Spitfire a flight in her twin. Well, the reply my friend got back was utterly rude, patronising and disgusting. I'm going to get a copy of the reply and put it in every youtube video featuring her until she offers a full apology.
I was lucky enough to have met her at a Village fete in 2010 & saw her fly on the Sunday........What a superb display & a remarkable Lady
