Just wanna say that this is one high quality video. I can see the effort and dedication you put into this. Cant wait for your channel to blow up! Keep it up man!
These vids are fantastic bro and will help me for sure. Sometimes it's not about what you try to explain but about how well you go about teaching it. You make things very easy to follow, good job
Hey DreamWell, just wanted to say thank you for all the guides that you are doing. You have helped me drastically change from having only L streaks to going on insane W streaks thank you for all your hard work that you are doing.
love your stuff!! i’m still kind of new to valo and it’s really hard to know what i need to improve on without knowing anything about the game. your content helps HEAPS
Thank you! I try to respond to most comments. And yes I wanna be more positive especially in the gaming community because too many people get frustrated too fast.
i unlocked new levels after watching this vids. This is a verified good video to watch if you are trying to improve instead of watching the other complex vids on the youtube
Great vid! Tons of useful info in difference from other content creators, bro! I just have 1 question: in the vid, it was mentioned that we can lean to the wall and get max speed and then shoot our opponent (when we know he is there holding an angle) but wouldn't it be better to get the farthest away from the wall (as it was mentioned that the closer you are - the easier it is to spot you) and do the same (while achieving max speed)? ( 4:45 ) Thanks and keep up the great work!
Since you are moving without holding shift then standing away from the wall won’t provide much more of an advantage. When you see a streamer play pay attention to this type of peek and you will see that they stand close to the wall when they do it. I believe it makes it harder for the enemies crosshair placement.
Hell of a guide, even when everyone gives the same tip, you explained better. It's not my first peek guide I've watched, but it's the one that made me save to recap before DM's training. Thank you.
Great fundamentals for peaking for a new Valorant player. I've been learning this stuff over the past two years being new to CS-like shooters and this is all the info I would have liked to know at first when first playing the game
even for someone who knows all the things you addressed in this video its nice to see all of it compiled into a single video. other guide would only touch on 1 or 2 of those movement subjects and be even longer with less detail. gj!
Anticipation is definitely a skill all pro gamers have. And you are the first of all the "guide-guys" i saw, who points to this distinctively. Best Guide i've seen so far, and most of the things equally apply to cs go
Source on your claim at 5:34? I understand that jiggling can benefit the holder, but that's because you are still moving when you get peeked and not because you're "maintaining your connection with the server." But if you have a source that says that Valorant stops sending packets when you're standing still then I'd love to see it.
I just noticed that this guy is super underated like only 6k subs?! The vids are good quality and give info that can improve your playstyle in under 10 min. I have super much respect for this guy and I hope they get the attention they deserve
amazing guide! really learned alot from this PS: What is the range of low ping and high ping? (i have around 35) and not sure if thats high or low since some people have 10
Glad you enjoyed. And 35 is sorta mid ping to be honest. It sorta depends on the opponents you are facing. If they have 50+ ping you can hold but if they have 10 or lower ping you could swing. Not entire sure though cause you are in the middle. I’d consider it low for the most part tho.
just to ad a little tip is not to bind anything in your mouse or mouse buttons because you kinda have to change your grip style just to hold the button on your mouse for example u're in the middle of the gunfight and you want to give comms with a mouse button binded key and then someone peeks you out of nowhere. binding scroll up to knife tho can be good
Yes the thumb mouse button does depend on your grip. Since I do claw grip, my thumb is easily able to move without affecting my aim. If you use a different grip it may not be as easy. In that case you can use V on the keyboard.
I think that the next steps for tutorials on this channel are role tutorials. Not every agent, that would probably take too long, but something a bit wider to help with those misunderstandings of something the duelist role.
bro actualy i have a doubt on my keyboard in strafing. while I strafe is it normal that I take about half a second to stop. like how do I explain this. when I am moving to the right, I see someone I stop with counter strafing, and shoot but I guess I take a lot(around 1/4th) of a second to stop and gain accuracy. I think it is too much time because I have seen on my friends pc that stopping and shooting is much faster. Also, is it some issue with monitor display latency and 60hz?
Before I was streaming in the after noon. I did change to night time. Currently I have no hard schedule I’m sticking with so it may change again in the future.
Thank you so much for your guides! I ended up watching them before going into comp to refresh my knowledge! I was G3 at the start of this Act and hit P3 last nightt! Ty🙏🙏
Play spike defuse mode in the range. Turn it on hard mode and use a classic only. This will be very difficult but focus on your A+D peeking, crosshair placement, and methodical clearing of angles. Remember to clear each angle even if a bot isn’t there.
Here's a tip I stole from woohoojin: Bind W to pulling out your knife while you play deathmatch, that way when you're walking straight foward it's only because you know for sure there's no one holding you, and it'll force you to peek with your A and D keys
The counter is simply to strafe as well. It just takes a lot of practice to understand the timing of when to shoot in between momentum shifts. Avoid crouch spraying in most situations. Just gotta go to death match and keep practicing. And sometimes you won’t be able to counter the other persons strafes, happens to everyone.
Really good video, If you focus on the things mentioned on the video, and you didn't reach immortal, then probably you're probably just bad. I'm joking!
I kinda knew all things in the video and im practicing freaking every single day, but doesnt still constant and making sh*t loosing lot of 1v1 after some games I tried everything to train and still dont understand how to improve cause im getting one tap so much or opponent has god reflexes in High Asc/Immo Elo I need help
If you have good crosshair placement, can consistently win DMs, and have over a 20%hs it may not be mechanics. Analyze if you are taking unnecessary gunfights or if you are positioning yourself in terrible spots for gunfights. Maybe your game sense is holding you back but you think it’s your mechanics.
@@DreamWellYT i know sometimes a can make mistakes decisions but the most of times a have a good gamesences I need to stay focus to fix my cross hair placement sometimes I can be so good in 1 game and so bad after another, its like everyday it happens
Am I the only one who does good with scroll wheel for weapons I have never once pulled out the wrong weapon and It feels so much easier I have climbed to asc using scroll wheel for weapons but everyone says im weird
about that ping difference in swing thing, when we say high ping, are we talking 100+ ping? this is for a freind so I can at least help him out if iron 2
It applies for 100+ ping but I was mainly talking about 50-60 ping. Tbh I don’t know if this would really help your friend because 100+ ping is really hard to improve on. Swinging people also requires you to have good aim which is not easy at iron 2. Getting better internet (if possible) is probably the first step to a better gaming experience in general.

Great video and very educational, as always. I make educational Valorant videos on my Tiktok and would love to shoutout this video as a reference in my video so people can learn more about the mechanics in Valorant, is that okay with you?
Strafing requires deadzoning. Deadzoning means shooting when your character has 0 velocity to ensure full first shot accuracy. Counter strafing also requires deadzoning which again means shooting at the exact moment your character has 0 velocity. Both counter strafing and strafing require deadzoning. But deadzoning is not just strafing. It’s shooting at the moment you are still in between movements. But its nearly the same concept.

how to you improve your crosshair placement because I have 700-800 hours on valorant but my crosshair placement is still bad so how would I fix it?
