You mean the click or the touch id? In my case was only the touch ID

You’re a G man, I tried the cotton thing by doing circles around the button and pressing it on the edge rather than the middle, and after repeating that it somehow got fixed, thank you very much

My phone updated last name to iOS 15 and since then my home button stopped working. Could not close any app that I would open from a locked screen, switch through apps. Nothing. Thank you for this fix I can finally use my phone again. My question is why has the update version disabled the home physical button on these earlier phones?
Apple has already got caught and sued cause a insider leaked that the update they put out will make older iPhones slower so that way you will buy a newer one. Other companies have done the same thing too. So could probably be the same thing.

@@Fix.369 After I reset my phone the home button stopped working and the new button just went on my phone screen getting it fixed at the apple store is expensive for a small problem.
