At least it leaves an ocean of room for Intel as they can release high v ram low to mid range products for a good price and their raytracing and super sampling is surprisingly good, better than AMD.
Exactly this...AMD's marketshare in GPU's has shrunk to 12% when it used to be 45% some 15 years ago. I think they have just raised their hands up with GPU market and want to focus on CPUs and AI. I mean even this gen when their GPUs under 500 bucks have been offering significantly better price-performance ratio (and Im saying this as someone who used GTX 970 for past 10 years and went for RTX 4070 Super) than Nvidia's 4060 and 4060 ti are, the latter are still selling heck of lot more than any AMD GPU....thats how strong grip Nvidia has over consumers/most of PC gamers right now.
@@kevinforget549let's see how long intel can keep that up.
For $550 you get RTX 5070 which has the same power as RTX 4090. That alone is enough to understand why AMD doesn't say anything about their new GPU, they need to consider carefully for a reasonable price.
@@chien.nguyen.Ain't no way a 5070 will be as fast as a 4090. I know nvidia advertised it this way but it will be with some AI shenanigans. The 4070 was 20% slower than a 3090. If the same margin is applied here, the RTX 5070 will be roughly as powerful as an RTX 4080. And I have to say, it actually is still a mighty improvement I wasn't expecting so I'm very happy to see it.
Can't wait for the ryzen 10700G with RDNA4 if it ever comes.
Most honest reaction ever. We were all batman for that moment.
I absolutely love the Mr Bean reference. It exemplifies the true ineptitude of AMDs GPU division.
