We're not all snipers, so the short barreled rifle is probably better for most us. I met some Israeli special forces, in pearl harbor in 1977, who said that their favorite was the m-16. Because it was light and accurate.
I bought my DDM4 V7s 2 years ago and I love it, I have fired more than 3 thousand rounds and it has never given me problems, light and always accurate, a very good investment, 100% recommended
I own a DD4 RIII and agree with you. I love this rifle almost as much as I love my wife. Maybe more on some days. 🙄Next DD I'm buying is a DD5 V4.
POF Renegade, LMT, H&K, LWRC, Knight's Armament, Aero Precision, BCM, Noveske, etc.?
It's hard to take any list serious that have none of those.
Agreed. This “best of 2023” is the Walmart line up (minus Daniel) for every new shooter out there. Title does not match the video. Should have been “what to get started with for less than $1000” but then again PSA stuff that’s not even on the list is far superior to some M&P sport trash..
Stock manufacturer footage with this persons very budget conscious experience is a disappointment on this video
Take Aero and POF out of that lineup, then it's a damn fine list. Add Hodge,V7, SLR, ADM, etc
I like the radical A.R. 1516 inch barrel never had a problem with it bull’s-eye every time almost
My choice(s): 1) Smith & Wesson Sport II & 2) Ruger AR556…
#MuricaBaby🦅🇺🇸
EXACTLY...same here in that order.... I don't have to buy the NAME... & if I did S & W has them ALL topped
This list is suspect. No BCM or SOLGW?
I don’t know about suspect, but I’m with you on the BCM and SOLGW. My top choice is the Tomahawk by SOLGW. Really difficult to find. Like your taste in manufacturers. Thanks
I have a problem with anyone giving opinions without prices, we live in a world where you must bring the receipts
Very well reviews
Two of my most often used AR carbines are my Bushmaster(circa 2001) and a Stag brand AR. Reliable, accurate, light (under 8 pounds), and they aren’t particular about what you feed them😉. Over the years I’ve upgraded the BCGs and charging handles (both to Noveske), and topped them with Aimpoint Red Dots with Larue backup sights but everything else is original. No lights, bipods, or anything else to weight them down (“ounces equal pounds, and pounds equal pain”!). These are basic ranch defense/hog/truck guns. I have some really nice, old Remington 700 BDLs for hunting. Semper Fi😎
DD is really outstanding but I’m more of a fan of the SOLGW rifles ... Tomahawk especially ( difficult to find though) ✌🏻
I have a few dd and a KAC. I have shot a new blackout defense 13.9 flat 3.0 trigger and can say thats my weapon of choice and prob the nicest ar15 out there.
great AR-15 Video of many choices .. my favorites are COLT LE 6920 and SIG SAUER M400 AR-15🤔😎💯👍
The IWI Zion 15 is great out of the box for under 1000 bucks has all the features most of us want and is a quality build and Made in America
Sig M400 TREAD is the one I have at a good price of 875 tax included in my home state. That thing is awesome
I have a Delta Level Defense AR and love it.
If I'm going to take a rifle into battle it would be the Primary Weapon Systems MK114 MOD 2-M rifle.
This AR list is seriously suspect leaving out BCM my go to combat AR!
I agree with some of his picks, but others would supersede some the list here. I own 2 Daniel Defense AR's - DDm4 v7 SLW 14.5" and a v7p 10.3". The v7p is an updated version of the MK-18 with M-Lok in place of pic rail and brace instead of stock. Both are excellent, but I did install Geissele SSA-E triggers in both and Radian charging handles for suppressed fire. Now they are almost perfect AR's. I own a BCM recce 12.5" SBS which is also excellent and was a bit less costly than the DD's. I do have a couple of others mentioned in the comments and all are excellent rifles. I am also a believer in KAC, LMT and Wilson firearms, but they are far too pricey for most average humans. With so many quality choices that are less $$, it's hard to justify the cost of any of them. My newest AR is the Blackout Defense Quantum 13.9", and it runs well also. Haven't put enough rounds through it to have firm opinions yet, but so far, so good!
I’m have a mag pul one I built from psa and it’s good for what I need has a mil par m7 attached and all I need
Redemption with Daniel Defense at the end 😅😂😅😂

@@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 how is it untrue? You have the cities and states with the highest crime rate areas with the most gun control, which are blue “cities and states,” I am going to take it as that is what you’re assuming is what is “untrue”and then you have red cities and states OR 2A sanctioned cities and states with the lowest crimes rates. So what do you mean untrue for America? Because FJB team were able to beg the fucking shit and more than likely bribed the cdc to taking down the statistics so that the agencies can rig the amounts like they have been for the past year or two and let their medias come out with all these lies about death facts. Thus in conclusion, you saying untrue for America, I concluded that it is very true.
Colt is the standard by which others should be judged since they produce the closest to the M4 as you can get. They set the standard. Others may go beyond or lower, but it's hard to argue that Colt isn't the standard. Daniel Defense in my opinion is over rated. It's a good rifle, but for the money, it should be better. Mine came with a shitty trigger, poor staking on the receiver extension, and the fugly furniture. My Sig and KAC both came with much better triggers for about the same price. For a budget friendly rifle, PSA should be on the list. It's a well known brand and the company is also innovative and supports their customers. I'd also agree that a BCM rifle is a good choice along with LMT and a host of others.
Can't wait to buy that daniel defense
IMO this is my personal top 10 AR15s..
1. LMT SPECWAR MARS-L..
2. KAC KS1 13.7"..
3. Hodge Defense AU Mod 2..
4. Centurion CM4 Midweight HF..
5. Geissele Super Duty..
6. BCM MK2 RECCE Series ( EMWF or BFH Barrels )
7. SOLGW Simple Jack 13.7"..
8. Colt / Colt Canada TDP M4A1 Carbine ( Block II or L119A2)..
9. Geissele GFR 6MM ARC (14.5 - 18").
10. Cobalt Kinetics SPR 6MM ARC...
Agreed! Id put geissele up in the 3rd spot. Always wanted a KAC
Very nice selection of AR-15 rifles. I like them all, particularly the Ruger MPR and Stag Arms. With that said, the finest quality affordable AR-15 is the *IWI Z-15 TACTICAL.*
Been looking for a SA Saint Victor .308 forever, and can never find any gun dealership selling them.
I have the DDM4 V7 PRO . Hands down the best! For me anyway.
Left out one of the best, LWRC
I got the dd. The trigger that came with was like they stuffed garbage in the lower. Unacceptable at the price point they charged for the rifle.
I like the Ruger and the Daniel defense for sure
My first AR was a match grade Colt H-Bar, yeah, I paid premium but I wanted an accurate rifle I could compete with. This was way before the designer AR was invented. Way back in the early 1990's. I paid around $1200.00 for it and then placed a $900.00 scope on top!
1993 price$2100.00 I still own this rifle, and it is a tackdriver @ 500yrds. A few years back I purchased a Ruger .556 and it is quite good for what it is. A sub $600.00 sporter...I wouldn't trade my Colt for any designer today!!!
Have a preban hbar sporter myself…….not a fan of fixed upper handle but overcame it with practice
@philbrady702 Ok professor, the price we pay for technology you win, you are smarter than my smart phone. However seeing that later in the same paragraph the spelling was correct. You could have let it slide, oh great brain...
@mnnc6742 Wow, I am just the opposite and imediately mounted a handle on my Ruger 556 then an Acog ontop of that...
Aero Precision
Best gun is future weapon from machine alien weapons

Had a Colt since ‘08, and there’s a reason it was chosen to be used by military in Vietnamese…nuff said
Hey, AR-15 enthusiasts! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed the lineup. We've got brands ranging from Ruger to Daniel Defense on our top AR-15 list. Now, we'd love to hear from you - which is your personal favourite AR-15 from the list and why? Or perhaps there's a brand you think deserves a spot on our list that we haven't covered yet? Comment below and let's get the discussion started. Keep the passion for firearms alive!
@@realisrealite5554Calm down, daddys money is already on its way.
No Blackout Defense quantum DTL. Or POF? Wow
Windham Weaponry formally Bushmaster should be on the list.
POF Type A
It would have been nice to give a base price for all the mentioned guns.
Fed list
Take a swig every time he says "rifle". You won't last a minute 😂😂😂
List sus af putting Daniel Defense at number 1 when they support the ATF
Blackout, LWRC or Knights
My SOLGW rifle is by far the best rifle I've every fired/owned. I've owned several AR's. The 2 I'll never get rid of are my SOLGW 13.7 and a close second is my modded M&P Sport II.
I had both on the table than I chose the m&p but I regret it because I cannot buy any semi automatic riffle in Illinois oOoOoOO man I should’ve buying the dd 😢
Not all prices were listed. Got a breakdown of costs?
BCM is probably my next AR
This might make your stomach ache BCM doesn't mfg any parts.Theyre just assemble the parts. The parts they do use are up to par.
The m400 is a way better gun than the rugger and the stag and the Smith and Wesson. I have them all. The stag is close, but the sig is the best out of the 4 listed
What things sets it above those others? Btw, I like your screen name, name above all names.
@Allenmar73 Thanks brother amen, the m400 comes with a better grip, a crisp trigger. It's a little full m-lock hand rail it's a little heavier, so it has a better recoil impulse, less muzzle rise, and it has an ambidextrous selector switch and mag releasethe upper and lower have zero play in them.this is just my opinion though. What's your opinion on them? My main gun is the m400. I have decked it out, though
@@alpha-omegaJesus ... Cool brother. I've heard they are nice rifles. Never had a chance to hold one and check it out. I usually go more budget rifles and add those upgrades. Lots of good choices and fair prices again since the flu thing. Take care.
@@alpha-omegaJesusi just got an m400 coming from a sport 2 I can’t wait to shoot it. Any recommendations for sights and optics ?
I have had the M400 for several years as my bedside rifle, since I shoot left-handed, I ordered a Stag Arms left-handed upper. Now the gun does not feed about every 5 rounds, no failure to eject ect just failure to feed.........:( I guess Ill send it to a competent gun smith to figure out why because no rifle lives at my bedside that has not been 100% reliable.
I stopped at Ruger 5 fifty-six…..I didn’t wait to hear about the three hundred and six cartridge or the 22 capital L capital R cartridge.
🇺🇸
IWI ZION 15 best bang for the buck. Also PSA Sabre. Nowhere near the best AR, but best for the money I found.
No mention of the IWI Zion, best AR in the $800 range. HD-Defense Revelation or Genesis are an excellent choice if you want everything Daniel Defense offers but for a cheaper price.
For the budget minded guys and gals who want to know. Best $500-800 list: Ruger, S&W, Del-Ton, IWI, Diamondback, Stag, BCM, Windham, and Rock River. Some that are are priced over the $800 mark in this group aren't really much better, so I won't pay for their overpricing. $900 and above you probably want to stick with Colt for resale value. The rest from here and up is just how much you want to put into the hobby.
@Allenmar73 Ruger and S&W are good for an entry level shooter but del-ton and diamondack are trash. There is a clear separation in quality from those you listed to the next level of rifle like IWI, Sig, FN, Springfield...
@@Allenmar73 A commonsense approach. I read comments all the time from so-called experts who tout and boast about the expensive ones in their collection. Its mostly just to put down others and to show off. I've used the expensive ones and the inexpensive ones, and here's what they all have in common: in a self defence emergency they'll all do the same thing.
@@Allenmar73 Windham and BCM are some of the finest for the money in my opinion
Pof 415 edge awsome ar!
No BCM?
I hope you didn't review these in order from worst to best??? Radian is on top, then Daniel's then down the hill from there.
No BCM no LMT no KAC,no LWRC, im from Georgia and the DD is one of the most overrated rifles on the market. Come to Georgia and see how many are just sitting on the shelf for 1400$ they are everywhere down here.
i just bought a 556 at a gun show.
Go get the ZRO Delta range ready. It's the best bang for the buck.
Zip tie and duct tap. Yep its a Colt.
Wish u would had said all prices?
Not necessarily they have magazine problems...sig Sauer
No Saint Victor?
No IWRC or POF?
POF gets little love for some reason. I got my first AR a while back, the POF Minuteman. Love it. No issues, well built, beautiful, shouts great!
Ruger 556 ar price
ruger nut here.
Blackout defense period.
The radian website only has 300 blackout and 223 wylde as options to select
Lefty needs a lighter weight AR. Suggestions for a left handed woman over 50?
Arma lite
Colt, all the time..
Agree with Sig Sauer and Ruger. But please keep in Mind the new German Manufacturer Hera Arms. Better than Sig, Ruger, Daniel Defence and Schmeisser. In my opinion I would never buy a Colt AR 15 ...
Best AR-15 rifles for 2023? These videos are so random & all over the place. From tier 1/entry level to tier2 to tier3/Gucci. Colt LE6920 $1100 no longer for sale new. SIG M400 Tread $800-880 tier 1 meh. There’s others I’d buy. Ruger AR556 $800, my first AR, tier 1 with a solid base to upgrade from. Radian Model 1 $3000 Gucci. WC AR15 $2000 & over priced. I’ll stick with BCM (built for $1500). That goes for DD as well although the DDM4 V7 is decently priced at $1700. Smith & Wesson M&P Sport $800? You’ll regret that purchase if you grow in the firearms game. By once, cry once & at least grab their XV Pro $1500. But then again BCM for the win in the $1500 tier2 category!
Top Ten are as follows:
1. LMT Defense
2. HK 416
3. Knights Armaments
4. LWRC Int’l.
5. Daniel Defense
6. BCM
7. FN-15
8. Colt M4
9. Springfield SAINT
10. M&P15/Ruger 556
See, that is why there are so many to choose from lol..@@oleboy7615
The Wilson combat recon tactical deserves to be on this list. Certainly over 6/7 and down.
I'm always lost on the ticking noise in videos anymore.
BCM
Wilson Combat AR 15
1 man's opinion I guess
Radian #5😂🤣
Most of the rifles on the list are budget rifle.
Besides DD all rest are low tear beginner budget guns LOL!!
No KAC, LMT, BCM..or the best..LARUE Tactical!
This site is bogus (of course). Each example for a given model has actually half a dozen different models pictured 😂😂😂
No BCM? It's not a great list.
Let us Gun People go through this slowly. The Rounds get more dynamic. Not the Hollow Tube that fires it. Hearing me... The Chinese made barrels out of Bamboo wrapped in string. It is a TUBE with a (Poke the Demon Core) dimple puncher. That is it. Get over the whole (Magnum) BS as it is the ammo! Not the gun. I can out shoot with an original .556 then your new AR-15... Blow my sorry sweet Scottish Bull Pup!
Do your research.
we need real m
Springfield Armory Saint Victor…. How do you leave it off, proven duty ready….. wasted time
You lost me at your love for iron sights over scopes. These are not the best AR15's of 2023, besides Radian and DD, the others are crap. Colt is not the Colt of old.
Where are the real quality rifles? No SOLGW, BCM, LMT or Knights? Why is Sig so far down the list?
The best comercial AR-15 is the Colt M-5..The next one is the ones I build because they have what I want and I actually know how to build them right..
No giessele....
Worst AR list I’ve ever seen. No Knights Armament, LMT, LaRue, LWRC, Hodge Defense, FN, BCM or Geissele? Sad and very uneducated opinions.
@@Allenmar73 This was a list of the BEST AR’s, not the cheapest. You don’t understand what best means? Freakin stupid.
Without the Blackout Defense Quantum DTL (the literal best AR on the market) on the list or BCM, HK and many others that smash some of those junk commercial AR’s this video mentions, it just shows this channel has zero credibility for knowing what’s on the market.
I should have figured all fan boy highly advertised brands but nothing high end custom..BTW roller builds and on the fly gas systems are far superior for today's top AR builds, not the fan boy average brands shown here..this is 2024, not 2010 so it's time to move on..
FOLDAR AR15 223 WYLDE😅
no thanks, i dont want something that fires itself, commits crimes and jumps into the hands of someone to commit mass pain. i also dont want something that is the same name as every other of its kind out there including the kind you can hold with one hand - some X user
