Jo log pichle 3 saal se jkpsi ki tyari kr rhe the..unki mehnet mtlb bekaar hogye abh....jkp constable mein bhi 10th level btaya tha...baad mein inhone chsl ke pyqs ko chaep diya.....inki wajahsee har saal candidates khajal hote hain....kuch bhi predictable hai hi ni..mkc inki

Freshers and Repeaters should be on equal footing so that fair competition takes place, there should be no advantage to Repeaters, otherwise freshers would be at loss.
So JKSSB has equalized the competition by putting Freshers and Repeaters at same level, good thing done by JKSSB.
