I have the same subwoofer and mine is presently dead, so I might take this route to fix it. If I recall, the LED power indicator will only light if a signal is detected on the input. So even though your fuse was intact and power was reaching the circuitry inside the speaker, your LED would not illuminate that way you had it.
I just got one of these for $50 shipped. Not sure if it works, but for that kind of money, I don't really care. I can either fix it, bypass the amp or insert an entirely different class D amp board in there.
Ooo I'd keep that speakers cabinet and think of a project to make, it's too nice to get recycled.. I'd be stripping it out and put it away until I had a brainwave lol.. Focus tip, turn the auto focus option so the camera sees everything in one focus.. near or far the camera stays in focus.. usually when you set up to record on most mobile phones just keep your finger on the screen and the fixed focus icon should come up and the lock 🔒 icon flashes on screen, it's generally how most phones do it. I see so many channels struggling to focus something when trying to show a near object. 👍🙂
Yes, the Speaker and cabinet are pretty decent. Very usable with an external amp with a sub crossover in it. Could dive into the board way down the road. I put it back into storage for now. Yes, I forgot to tap on the screen for focus, until the end. Light from my window is a bother to me as well since I have been recording during the day !

Thanks for letting me know about the LED. This one was dead and was given to me as it cost too much to fix from PSB. Thanks for watching !

Nice speaker !!
Thanks ! Just some of the random stuff I have collected for some reason !
My plate amp will not come off at all
With all the screws off, it does take some push to get it off. I used a razor knife along the outside, as it may be glued.
