Dr. Umar excellently explains racism. An example of racism is that, no matter how "good" or "religious" they think they are, they still feel superior, whether they express it or not. And nothing makes them angrier than revealing this truth to them.

so busy being upset over what people may or may not be doing/ feeling/ thinking/playing etc etc.....that you forgot to just get on with your business. I'd hate to think I have a choice to reach out for things or burying myself under the weight of strangers/ people who don't even know you or whether you have low sense of self esteem.
This man is trying to make his was by making you think things you must know are not so cut & dry.
Be independent minded...he's not telling you nothing you haven't thought of or felt yourself.

My mother was a Blk educator whom tried to warn many of the parents in our community about special ed. She began to notice how the system worked when she correlated what she was learning to what the public school system was trying to the Blk male children in our community. There was a disproportionately larger number of Blk boys in special Ed in the diverse community in which we lived. She foretold the events leading to the institutionalizing of Blk boys.

Yet, he begs from this population, hit the cash app. It’s nothing to say good sounding words. He has his money in a white bank, he can be seen gambling with blacks money. He’s nothing but an agent.

Dr. Johnson, you have a powerful spirit and a leadership command like none I've witnessed before. I think the conditions of this society would make it difficult for most women to follow your leadership. Not because we are unwilling or illiterate to the benefits, but because it can be difficult to put down tools one has needed all their life. Personally, I would love to meet a man like you but find while my feminine and submissive nature is alluring, many cannot not sustain their bargaining end. I am interested to know how someone like me could become a part of your cause, effort, and circle. I find your passion for the African people encouraging and inspiring to take a stand, if not in your circle, than in your agenda. I pray that the women who will support and nurture you and those like you, manifest in excellence and peace.

Traditionally reparations have ALWAYS been in the form of cash payments. No other group has someone in a “leadership” talking negatively against the group in a way that feeds into the propaganda already in society. It is unnecessary and harmful to the collective.
How are we going to build institutions for our group without reparations.

I am an African American, my ancestors where slaves here, and I been around the block. I want the people that support this man. Find me a video or anything, where he is taking care of kids. Show me anywhere kids that are teenagers or young adults that say this man helped them. He said that he was employed by the school system; yet I hear nothing from anybody saying this man did something for them; Nobody, in Philly has something to say. Who knows this dude/nigga.

Millions of children, one school isn't going to change the indoctrination and miseducation. My great grand father built one of, if not the first, school for Colored children ( Black and Indigenous) in North Carolina and paid the teacher out of his own pocket.

Dr. Umar, please check out how taking shop out of the high schools aided in diminishing black businesses and employment which hindered our funding of our socio and political movements. (i.e.the government's response to Dr. King's focus on economic policies.)
